I wanted to work with Reema because I wanted to excel at my current role as VP of Canada Medical, and, at the same time, to aspire to continue to grow my responsibilities. Reema’s strategic intelligence model gave me a structure in which I could define a vision for my career goals and legacy, while identifying the areas of personal growth I would need to develop in order to be successful. What is unique about Reema, is her ability to coach from a truly strategic perspective. She is great at asking the right questions that allowed me to unlock my own solutions while still providing guidance and her expertise when needed. As a result of this work, I recently have been promoted to VP of Global & Canada Medical. Having Reema as my coach was the best investment in myself from both a professional and a personal perspective.
